Lots of Bees!! Oak Grove, River Garden, Dutchmill -- all have beautiful flowers and bees!

That's what we need to make Andrew's beautiful honey varieties, so buzz away!

Today I bought corn from Sycamore, lycianthus and gladiolas from Dutchmill, heirloom tomatoes from Eckerton, Stokes, and Oak Grove, peppers from Eckerton and Oak Grove, parsley and coriander from S&SO, and slurpy peaches and nectarines from Kernan.  Most of our farmers are here today, including Bodhitree with many kinds of bean, pepper, and greens, Paffenroth with baby fennel, puntarella, and other unique greens, Stokes with fresh cut herbs, tomatoes, squashes, and lettuces, and Berried Treasures and Mountain Sweet Berry with berries, potatoes, and unusual greens.

Tamarack has produce and meats, Madura has only vegetables (no mushrooms today), and Caradonna has all kinds of stone fruits and berries.  Red Jacket has good looking apricots and Rogowski and Keith are here with organic vegetables. Eckerton has his delicious cherry tomatoes and large heirlooms and the first of his peppers.  Oak Grove has a big selection of hot peppers and pepper plants, heirloom tomatoes, and other vegetables as well as pork and beef.

Locust Grove, Fantasy Fruit, Caradonna, Kernan, and others have berries and currants.  For pictures of these and others, click here:
