Husk tomatoes at Bodhitree! Multicolored sweet carrots at Paffenroth! Slurpy peaches at Kernan! Heirloom field tomatoes at Eckerton, Cherry Lane, and Oak Grove!!

Today I bought roses at Rose Meadow, corn at Sycamore, gladiolas at Dutchmill, and peaches at Kernan. The melons at Bodhitree taste great and the mushrooms at Bulich look fresh and delicious.  Stokes and Keith have different garlic varieties -- both of which are excellent -- and there are plenty of berries and currants around the market, including Caradonna, Locust Grove, Berried Treasures, and Mountain Sweet Berry.

I just ate one of Kernan's peaches. OMG! how perfect! And Mountain Sweet Berry's Tri-Star strawberries! They finally have enough to put out several boxes (for those of you who have been disappointed to find them sold out). Berried Treasures wild blueberries are tiny nuggets of essence of blueberry and Locust Grove's currants are great for baked desserts and jams.
