It's RAMP CITY this week, with Mountain Sweet Berry, Violet Hill, Lani and others having plenty of good looking choices. Eckerton has pretty tiny carrots and Oak Grove has HEIRLOOM TOMATO PLANTS.

Seatuck and PE&DD have beautiful fresh fish and other seafood and Quattro's has duck and pheasant eggs.  Monk's has various pestos and Ardith Mae has several delicious goat's milk cheeses.  D'Attolico has sprouts and young garlic and various hummus flavors.

Fiori de Fenice has several unusual tulip varieties and other stands have tulips as well.  Durr has beautiful flowering branches. Binder, Van Houton, Phillips, Hoeffner, Stokes and others have flower sets and Oak Grove, Stokes, and Binder have good looking herb sets.  Silver Heights has vegetable and herb sets.

RAMPS at Mountain Sweet Berry and Lucky Dog. ASPARAGUS at Bodhitree! Dried beans at Berried Treasures!

Pura Vida fish has many delicious looking fishes including skate.  Bodhitree has beautiful greens and herbs.  Stokes, Oak Grove, and Binder have flower and herb sets and Van Houten has flower sets and trees. Toigo has good looking tomatoes -- various types and sizes.

Wonderful young greens in the market today -- check out Eckerton, Lani, Monk, and others.


There were a few bunches of ramps in the market, but the season really hasn't started.  The tulips at I Fiori, Durr, and Phillips are beautiful and Durr and Phillips have flowering branches. Rose Meadow has roses and poppies.

Quattro's has PHEASANT EGGS, turkey eggs, and duck eggs in addition to their excellent chicken eggs, poultry, and smoked poultry.  Violet Hill has rabbit, rabbit cuts, pork, chicken parts, and various chicken eggs.

Eckerton has several varieties of dried peppers.

 D'Attolico has sprouts and various dips.  Bulich has a wide variety of mushrooms.

Stokes Farm is back with flowering plants and microgreen sets. D'Attolico will be here every Saturday with sprouts and greens.

Many stands have tulips today, including I Fiori di Fenice, which also has hyacinths and lilies.  Rose Meadow has some unusual flowers, including poppies, and has also brought in beautiful roses.

Quattro's has wild turkey eggs along with their wonderful poultry. Violet Hill has their colorful chicken eggs and had just sold out of their goose eggs when I came by!  They also have many lamb cuts in addition to pork and chickens.

Eckerton has several varieties of dried hot peppers and lots of French breakfast radishes. Lani is back in their regular Saturday spot with many delicious looking greens. Shushan has fresh hydroponic herbs, cherry tomatoes, and large hydroponic tomatoes as well as cucumbers and other greens and herbs. Gorzynski is here with organic root vegetables and greens.

Beautiful flowers at Dutchmill and Rose Meadow! Shmurer matzoh at Bobolink! Delicious looking fish at Pura Vida!

Despite the drizzle, there is a great group of stands in the Greenmarket today.
Bobolink is back with cheddars and their ancient style of matzoh.

Mountain Sweet Berry has brought in frozen strawberry sauce and cannellini beans as well as their interesting potatoes and potato chips.  Bodhitree is here with many varieties of green and Two Guys has mushrooms and greens.  Roaming Acres has various meats and Flying Pig is here with hams, other pork cuts, sausages, bacons, and eggs.

Dutchmill has lovely tulips and there is tasty horseradish to be found at Holy Schmitt's stand.   Bodhitree has many kinds of greens and Bulich has good looking mushrooms along with their popular $5 grab and go bags of several different varieties.
