Sweet Sungold cherry tomatoes at Eckerton, along with a few of their first heirloom tomatoes.

Good looking favas at many stands, including Norwich Meadows.  Beautiful squashes there also. Delicious lettuces at Gorzynski, Eckerton, Lani, Stokes,Keith, and others.  Several kinds of cucumber at Cherry Lane, Norwich, and others. Check out D'Attilico for greens, sprouts, and other produce.

Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and red currants at Phillips. Eckerton has black raspberries and Locust Grove has raspberries, black cherries, and other berries.  Mountain Sweet Berry has lovely Tri-Star strawberries and Sycamore has their excellent larger variety. Caradonna has many kinds of berries and cherries.

PE&DD had many cooked lobsters along with their wide range of fish, seafood, and salads, and Seatuck has beautiful fresh fish, razor clams, and other seafood.

Violet Hill has many kinds of foraged greens along with their Belle Rouge chickens. They also have pork cuts, chicken parts, honeys and other goodies. Northshire has eggs and greens.

PEACHES and APRICOTS at Toigo! Cherries at Toigo, Samascott, and others.

Sweet cherry tomatoes at Stokes, along with generous bunches of cut herbs, garlic scapes, and other beautiful greens. Norwich has beans, greens, favas, and more. Samascott has weet and sour cherries as well as yellow cherries.

Pura Vida has several kinds of very fresh fish and Flying Pig has all sorts of pork products including roasting cuts, bacon, and sausages. Lucky Dog has goat milk and chevre in addtion to vegetables.

Delicious asparagus at Hoeffner is going fast. Several stands have rhubarb and strawberries. Phillips has plump, sweet blueberries.

Locust Grove, Terhune, and others have sweet cherries.  Bodhitree has many kinds of bean and Eckerton, Bodhitree, and Sycamore have good-looking fava beans.  Several stands including Paffenroth, Cherry Lane, and Miglorelli have sugar snaps and English shelling peas.  Caradonna has red and yellow cherries, several kinds of berry.

Mountain Sweet Berry, Terhune, and Berried Treasures have Tri-Star and other strawberries.  Berried Treasures also has herbs, small potatoes, and peonies (Friday will be the last day for peonies from BT.). Bulich has several varieties of mushroom and offers $5 grab and grow bags to make life easier.

Ryder is back with beautiful vegetables. Fantasy Fruit is back with tasty Tri Star strawberries and honey! Norwich and Eckerton have gorgeous fresh fava beans and Lani has amaranth.

Strawberries, large and small! CHERRIES! Greenhouse heirloom tomatoes! STRING BEANS! Sugar snap peas and English shelling peas!

Young garlic and onions at Keith and Stokes.  Beautiful salad greens at Eckerton, S&SO, Miglorelli and others. Paffenroth, Sycamore, and others have zucchini and summer squash, and many stands have cut herbs, including Paffenroth, Bodhitree, Stokes, Keith and Berried Treasures.

Strawberries: Berried Treasures, Stokes, Phillips, Kernan, Mountain Sweet Berry, and Sycamore, among others. Locust Grove has strawberries, cherries, and had red currants when I went by. Caradonna has many kinds of fruit, including strawberries, various types of cherries, and blueberries.

Asparagus, sugar snaps, and English shelling peas are at Cherry Lane, along with greenhouse heirloom tomatoes.

Cherries at Sycamore and Locust Grove. Strawberries at Stokes, Sycamore, Miglorelli, Eckerton, Lani, Mountain Sweet Berry and others. Sugar snaps, English shelling peas, and snow peas at Cherry Lane, Garlic scapes and young garlic at Keith, Stokes, and many other stands today.

I'm planning a pasta primavera for dinner! Strawberries for dessert, with a few of the first cherries just for the heck of it.

The greenmarket is beautifully colorful and the offerings are lush. There are several stands with many kinds of salad greens, including Lani, S&SO, Eckerton, Paffenroth, Norwich, and many others.

 Stokes has sweet cherry tomatoes and greenhouse heirloom tomatoes. Cherry Lane has tasty greenhouse heirlooms, salad greens, and cucumbers.

Violet Hill and Bulich have many kinds of mushroom and Windfall has many varieties of minigreens and edible flowers.

Toigo has strawberries and CHERRIES. Samascott, Stokes, and others have strawberries and asparagus.

Stokes and Norwich have young garlic, garlic scapes, beautiful salad greens,and cut herbs. Bodhitree has three varieties of string bean. Campo Rosso has FAVA BEANS! Stokes has amazingly sweet cherry tomatoes and Berried Treasures has tiny strawberries and potatoes as well as cress, herbs, and stunning peonies. Miglorelli has sugar snaps and English shelling peas.  Samascott and others have rhubarb.

Pura Vida has many kinds of delicious fresh fish and seafood.  Lucky Dog has guinea hens and goats milk.  Roaming Acres has several kinds of meat and Consider Bardwell has veal cuts and cheeses. B&Y has tasty lamb cuts and Cornish game hens as well as gorgeous wool.

This is peak strawberry season and they and asparagus seem to be everywhere -- but the season is nearly over for some local areas, so Carpe Diem!!!

Cherries! made a brief appearance but were mostly gone by 9:00.

There are a few different varieties of strawberry here today at Phillips, Berried Treasures, Sycamore,Mountain Sweet Berry, Caradonna, Bodhitree, and others.
Asparagus is available at many stands including Stokes, Kernan, Hoeffner, and others. Cherry Lane has asparagus, heirloom and other tomatoes, sugar snaps, English shelling peas, and strawberries.

Stokes and others have young garlic and garlic scapes. Keith's Farm has green garlic, and young onions. Beautiful lettuces and other salad greens are on many stands and generous bunches of cut herbs can be found at S&SO and Stokes. Windfall has a wide selection of mini-greens and edible flowers.

Dutchmill's peony season is over but Hodgson and Berried Treasures have beautiful ones. Rose Meadow has a variety of lovely flowers as well.

English shelling peas are so popular today that they're almost all gone! There are plenty of good sugar snap peas at Cherry Lane, Eckerton, and Miglorelli.

A novelty at Lani -- fresh Szechuan peppers!  Delicious cherry tomatoes at Stokes, along with strawberries, rhubarb, tomatoes, asparagus, beets, herbs, and beautiful greens.  Keith is here with rocambole garlic, red and yellow young onions, cut herbs, potatoes, and other tasty organic vegetables.  Gorzynski has lovely lettuces and other greens as well as rhubarb.

Quattro's has duck , turkey, pheasant, and chicken eggs, as well as chicken and chicken parts, sausages, smoked poultry, and duck parts.  Seatuck and PE&DD have beautiful fish and shellfish.

Hodgson has peonies, I Fiori has lovely lilies and hyacinths, and Rose Meadow and James Durr have many varieties of beautiful flowers.

Campo Rosso has lovely lettuces and other greens. Stokes, Bodhitree, Samascott, Phillips, and others have beautiful strawberries.

 Several stands have young onions and garlic, and Windfall, Two Guys, Bodhitree, and Lucky Dog have cut herbs. Berried Treasures has cress and other greens and herbs as well as tiny potatoes. Pura Vida has tasty looking fresh fish and shellfish.

Dutchmill, Berried Treasures, and Rose Meadow have beautiful flowers, including peonies, anemones, lilies, and lupins.

Keith has beautiful young garlic, red and yellow onions, and other Spring arrivals. S&SO has good-looking shallots, lettuces, tomatoes, and other vegetables. Mountain Sweet Berry has lovely looking chives, wild baby arugula, and delicious tiny potatoes.  Berried Treasures also has many kinds of small potatoes, young garlic, chamomile, and lupins(!).
