Seatuck has crokers, porgies, shiners, blue crabs, and blowfish! PE&DD has cooked lobsters, fish salads, scallops, and several kinds of fresh fish!

ECKERTON CHESTNUTS
Tomato season is starting to show signs of fading, but there are still plenty of good ones to be had at Norwich Meadow, Stokes, Eckerton, Keith, Oak Grove, Berried Treasures, Mountain Sweet Berry, and many others. Hot peppers are moving into high gear, with big selections at Eckerton, Oak Grove, Stokes, S&SO, Norwich, and several others.  Berried Treasures is back on Saturdays!!!
LAST WHEEL OF CATO'S BRIDGID'S ABBEY
As beautiful grapes arrive at Buzzard Krest, Locust Grove, Fantasy Fruit, and others, and plums come into their own, peaches are about to fade. You can still find good ones at Caradonna, Oak Grove, Locust Grove, and a couple of others.  Fantasy Fruit has blueberries and Phillips has blackberries and raspberries. Sycamore has big slurpy peaches and heirloom tomatoes.
Seatuck blue crabs
If you make pesto for the freezer or freeze tomatoes for the winter, now's the time to do it. Mountain Sweet Berry, Berried Treasures, Eckerton, Keith, and Cherry Lane have excellent sauce tomatoes.  Several stands have basil.
