Ravioli made with Tonjes ricotta, Ardith Mae's delicious goat cheeses, Three Corner Field Farm's tasty sheep cheeses, Cato Corner's wonderful cow's milk cheeses! We're lucky to have these fresh unique options.

Shiners at Seatuck
There are gorgeous heirloom tomatoes everywhere today, including Sycamore, Stokes, Norwich Meadows, Lani, Eckerton, and others.
Stokes Aunt Rubys
 Oak Grove and Eckerton have many of their excellent hot and sweet peppers and many stands have a variety of eggplants, including fairy tale (tiny purple striped), and summer squashes.

Tamarack's eggplants
 Several stands have good looking shelling beans, including Norwich, Lani, Tamarack, and Stokes.
Norwich cranberry beans
Oak Grove has white and yellow peaches, heirloom tomatoes, squashes, and eggplants along with corn and melons. Van Houten has watermelons, sweet peppers, corn, and other produce.
D'Attolico squashes
Seatuck has beautiful fish, including bluefish, shiners, and shellfish. PE&DD has cooked lobsters, various fish salads, lovely fresh fish and shellfish.  Violet Hill has poultry, bacon, lamb cuts, and various chicken eggs along with foraged vegetables and mushrooms.
