Norwich Meadows has a huge selection of shelling beans, string beans, peppers, heirloom tomatoes, squashes, and melons. Lani also has many kinds of bean, heirloom tomato, herbs, greens, and peppers.

Eckerton peppers
In fact, many stands have good-looking heirloom tomatoes, peppers, and squashes.  Eckerton, for instance, has a wide variety of hot peppers, large heirloom tomatoes, and other sizes of tomato down to tiny! (By the way, I heard a rumor that this is Tim Stark's twentieth year! He's been growing beautiful produce for a long time.)
Blue Oyster's pink oyster mushrooms
Blue Oyster is here with pink oyster mushrooms and several other kinds, and Madura has porcini and other mushrooms as well.
Norwich Meadows flageolets
Red Jacket has several tasty varieties of plum, as do Truncillito and others.  Several stands have yellow and red donut peaches, nectarines, and peaches.
Phillips has peaches and berries.  Fantasy Fruit has blueberries and Tri-Star strawberries. Norwich has red and yellow raspberries.
Norwich Meadows baby artichokes
Dutchmill has gorgeous gladiolas, sunflowers, and other flowers and River Garden has dahlias and other flowers.
Painted Goat goat cheese
She Wolf Bakery is here with sourdough, spelt, and miche-style breads.
