Paffenroth's stand is small but the produce they have is great, including shallots, leeks, onions, potatoes, carrots, and other root vegetables.  Mountain Sweet Berry, also small, has several kinds of delicious potato chips and small European style potatoes. Windfall has greens, squash puree,  and root vegetables.

Quattro's Venison

Hudson Valley Organic has sprouts and small greens and Two Guys From Woodbridge has lettuces and other greens as well as shitake mushrooms.  Bulich is here with several kinds of mushrooms.
