Cato Corner cheeses are here today!

Cato Corner's once a month Wednesday is today! They have some delicious cheeses, including Misty Morning blue, Vivace, Dairyaire, Bridgid's, and others from stinky and strong to succulent and mild. Three Corner Field Farm also has tasty cheeses, as well as yogurt, wool, lamb cuts, and soaps.

Tamarack has root vegetables and various pork cuts as well as sausages and bacon.  Roaming Acres has bison, beef, pork, and ostrich meat. Hudson Valley Duck Farm has ducks, duck parts, rillettes, smoked duck, and other duck products, and Feather Ridge has chickens, chicken parts, and eggs.  Pura Vida has delicious fresh fish.

Bodhitree has several kinds of greens and root vegetables as well as eggs, Shushan has hydroponic tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, herbs, and greens, and Two Guys has hydroponic lettuces, herbs, and other produce. Madura has root vegetables, spinach, fresh herbs, and several kinds of mushrooms.
