It's VERY cold, but many stands are here!

Violet Hill (poultry, rabbits), Quattro's(poultry, venison, sausages, soups, eggs), Flying Pig (pork, chickens), Grazin' (Beef, pork, milk, stock), Oak Grove (Pork, beef), PE&DD (fish and shellfish, fish salads), Three Corner Field Farm (lamb cuts, yogurt, cheese), Roaming Acres (ostrich), Hudson Valley Duck Farm, and others are here with various protein sources.

Monks Hood, Two Guys, Windfall, and others have greens, and Paffenroth, Mountain Sweet Berry, Miglorelli, and others have all kinds of root vegetables. Mountain Sweet Berry has all kinds of potato chips!

Cayuga is here with a new source for breads as well as beans, pastas, and grains.  Several stands have apples, pears, and ciders (Caradonna, Breezy Hill, Locust Grove, and others), and Beth's Farm Kitchen and others have preserves.  Deep Mountain is here with delicious maple syrups and maple products, and Nemeth has baked goods and apple sauces.
