Great day for melons, heirloom tomatoes, squashes, peppers.

Stokes has lemon verbena and lemongrass, as well as other unique herbs. Keith has a great display of fresh cut herbs and Oak Grove has lush herb plants. Bodhitree has interesting herbs and greens, as well as delicious sweet melons. Sycamore has white and yellow peaches, and Locust Grove, Kernan, and others have good looking peaches as well. Sycamore also has their fresh corn and heirloom tomatoes. Eckerton has a wide selection of heirloom tomatoes and Cherry Lane's and Stokes Farm's heirlooms are looking tasty, along with Keith's.

Paffenroth has their usual wide variety of great produce, including many kinds of carrots, baby fennel, big bunches of herbs, all kinds of onion family items, corn, and beets. S&SO, on the other end of the market, has all kinds of salad vegetables, herbs, peppers, and heirloom tomatoes.

Cayuga has several kinds of beans, grains, and flours, in addition to their wonderful ale bread and whole wheat loaves. Hot Bread Kitchen also has good looking breads, crackers, and other baked goods. Roaming Acres has all sorts of ostrich and emu products and says that one of our well-known restaurants has been making pasta with ostrich eggs! (They are also here on Monday and bring in bison meat along with ostrich only on that day.)

Beth's Farm Kitchen is here with excellent jams, chutneys, and pickled vegetables, and Andrew's Honey has honeys and honey products. Fantasy Fruit has blueberries, new crop apples, and honey. Ronnybrook has creme fraiche, milks, creams, butters, and ice creams, along with their drinkable yogurts.
