Lani has beautiful lettuces, greens, sweet potatoes, green and purple brussels sprouts, bok choi, herbs, cauliflowers, broccoli, and other vegetables. Hudson Valley Duck Farm has duck rillettes, ducks, and other duck products. Healthway has all sorts of potatoes and squashes. Maxwell's has beets, squashes, cauliflowers, herbs, and potatoes. Central Valley has eggs, fresh butter, tomato soups and sauces. Race has good looking turnips, squashes, and other vegetables as well as pastries and donuts. Madura has several kinds of mushroom as well as other vegetables. Consider Bardwell has several delicious cheeses.

Red Jacket (with juices only -- today they have many kinds of apple)
Phillips (jams on Wednesday -- today they have a massive selection of vegetables including tomatoes!
River Garden -- They have beautiful dry flower arrangements for gifts and table decorations.
