Rhubarb!! Asparagus!! Ramps!!

Hoeffner has ASPARAGUS and RHUBARB! Gorzynsky also has RHUBARB! Stokes has a few bunches of asparagus and will have more next week. Terhune has good-looking ramps. Norwich has spinach and Miglorelli has broccoli rabe. Paffenroth has several interesting greens, including nettles. Stokes has spearmint and sorrel.

Locust Grove has moved to the West end of the market, next to Newfield Farm. Anna has gorgeous tulips this week and says there will be irises next week! Quattro's has capons, pheasants, chickens, ducks, and several kinds of egg, including wild turkey and pheasant eggs. Their delicious chicken eggs are tasty and reasonable.

Ronnybrook has a new item, Greek-style yogurt. (I tried the honey vanilla and it is rich, tart, and delicious. I think the plain will be great for raita, cooking, and savory yogurt drinks.)
