Greenmarket Friday January 11
It's a surprisingly rich offering for midwinter, with farms like Norwich, Rogowski, Miglorelli, and others here with *green* vegetables! Muddy River has great root vegetables and super garlic, and Miglorelli has excellent frozen corn, flat green beans, and other summer produce frozen for winter enjoyment.
Roaming Acres has bison, beef, and ostrich, and Flying Pig has pork and chickens. Central Valley has many good-looking cheeses as well as their yogurt, fresh butter, cream cheese, and tomato soup. Las Delicias is here with gorgeous baked goods and Rogowski and Queens County Farm have greens in addition to other produce.
