Roaming Acres has bison, Berkshire pork, and emju and ostrich eggs, dog treats, and other ostrich items. Andrew's Honey is here along with Consider Bardwell's cheeses and meats and Hudson Valley Duck Farm's ducks and duck products (like duck bacon, smoked duck breast, rillettes, and duck pastrami).
Dutchmill flower farm has unique and beautiful tulips and River Garden has flowering branches. Phillips also has flowering branches and Buon Pane is here with interesting baked goods. Healthway has a wide variety of potatoes and Madura has several kinds of mushroom. D&J has vegetables and kimchee and Raghoo has elk meat.
