There are many more farmers here this week than there were during last Saturday's freezing weather! Miglorelli is here with frozen corn, collards, and other vegetables as well as cider and apples. D'Attolico has sprouts and Norwich Meadows has root vegetables, cabbages, and canned vegetables. Ronnybrook is here with milks, creams, butters, yogurts, and ice creams. Cato Corner Farm has delicious cheeses and Tonjes is here with buttermilk and cheeses. Milk Thistle has milk and cream.

Mountain Sweet Berry has been moved to the 17th Street side of the Greenmarket and has various European style small potatoes. Terhune has apples, including bargain bags for apple sauce, and cider. Caradonna, Locust Grove, and Breezy Hill have apples and cider. Berried Treasures has small and large potatoes and sunchokes. Cayuga has excellent ale bread and whole wheat bread as well as dried beans, flours, grains, and, a new addition, popping corn. Two Guys From Woodbridge has hudroponic greens and herbs and Shushan has hydroponic tomatoes and greens. Windfall has a wide selection of greenhouse greens and root vegetables. Paffenroth has many potato and other root vegetable varieties.

Violet Hill has Belle Rouge chickens and chicken parts. Quattro's has ducks, capons, soups, chickens and chicken parts, sausages, and smoked poultry. Flying Pig has pork products, including pork cuts, sausages, and bacon. Oak Grove Plantation has scrapple, bacon, and other pork products in addition to squashes, dried hot peppers, and pastries. Beth's Farm Kitchen has come out with a beautiful new cookbook using their jams and chutneys.
