FIDDLEHEADS! RHUBARB! ASPARAGUS! RAMPS!

Garden of Spices
Garden of Spice has fiddleheads today -- near Lani. Hoeffner has rhubarb and asparagus. Others with asparagus include Cherry Lane, Stokes, S&SO, Miglorelli.
Flounder roe at Seatuck
Mountain Sweet Berry, Violet Hill, Berried Treasures, and others have ramps, and Lani has ramp leaves (along with fresh peanuts and a wide range of interesting dried beans and greens).
Young onions and garlic, leeks at Norwich Meadows
There are many stands with young garlic and new leeks.  Several stands including Eckerton and Stokes have gorgeous lettuces and other greens.
Tulips at Berried Treasures
I saw several chefs and restaurant foragers for the first time today. Spring is finally here, no matter how cold it seems to be.  You'll find tulips in a number of stands, including I Fiori de Fenici, Durr, and Berried Treasures.  There are also
other beautiful flowers at Rose Meadow and Phillips.
Pheasant, duck, turkey, and chicken eggs at Quattro's
