Quattro's duck and pheasant eggs |
Stokes, Cherry Lane, Hoeffner and others have asparagus. There is a table without a sign across from Locust Grove that has fiddleheads. You'll find stinging nettles at a few stands. Northshire has arugula flowers and Windfall has many kinds of edible flowers.

Hudson Valley Organic's fiddleheads |
Eckerton has gorgeous lettuces today! I don't know about you, but my idea of a finishing touch to a lunch today would be mushrooms with mushroom pasta, and I'm happy to see that Bulich has a wide selection today. D'Attolico has young garlic.

Fiori's peony style tulip |
There are a few stands with tulips, including Fiori, Durr, and Phillips, and Cherry Lane and Durr have beautiful lilacs.
