 Violet Hill and Quattro's have goose eggs, and Quattro's has pheasant and wild turkey eggs as well as chicken eggs. Violet Hill has many varieties of chicken egg. All very Spring-y, finally!

Lani, Windfall, and Hudson Valley organic have tiny mini-greens and Shushan and Two Guys have hydroponic lettuces.  D'Attolico has delicious sprouts and homemade hummus.

Eckerton has French breakfast radishes and tiny carrots and Paffenroth has their extensive choice of potatoes, onion family vegetables, and other produce.

Violet Hill has rabbit and rabbit parts, chicken and chicken parts, sausages, and pork cuts.  Quattro's has sausages both hot and sweet, ducks, chickens, and other poultry and poultry parts.  Roaming Acres has ostrich meat and PE&DD and Seatuck have beautiful fresh fish and shellfish.
