Quinces at Locust Grove! Many grape varieties at Buzzard Crest! Pumpkins at Sycamore, Stokes, Oak Grove, Van Houten, and others.

Violet Hill has chickens, pork, eggs, and mushrooms. Bulich has several kinds of mushroom also. Quattro's has ducks, chickens, sausages, pheasants (many sizes), and eggs.  Flying Pigs has pork products and chickens.  Hudson River Duck Farm has ducks and many kinds of duck products, including smoked duck breast and rillettes.

 Lani has an extensive variety of produce, including eggplants, beans, greens, broccoli rabe, and sweet potatoes. Eckerton has many kinds of peppers, radishes, heirloom tomatoes, and greens.  Stokes has lovely cut herbs, small potatoes, squashes, heirloom tomatoes, and fennel.

 Norwich Meadows has fresh ginger, winter squashes, peppers, heirloom tomatoes, fennel, greens, and other delicious produce.  S&SO has a wide variety of produce, including tomatoes, herbs, greens, and squashes, and D'Attolico has their sweet small carrots, greens, peppers, and sprouts. Ryder is here with tasty turnips and other produce and Keith has rocambole garlic, greens, herbs, tomatoes, and gorgeous salad greens.

 Breezy Hill has several kinds of apples, ciders, pears, and pastries.  PE&dd has beautiful fish and shellfish, and Seatuck has great looking shellfish, tuna, and other seafood.
