Queens County Farm Museum and others have spinach. For greens, check out Rogowski, Bodhitree, and Muddy River.  For lettuce: Bodhitree, Two Guys, and Queens County. Oak Grove has gloriously lush herb plants, including all kinds of mints, savory herbs, and other good things.

Mountain Sweet Berry has several mini potatoes and a variety of unusual potato chips and Oak Grove has tasty red popping corn.  Hot Bread Kitchen has a wide selection of breads and other baked goods and Las Delicias has their excellent sweet and savory pastries, including spinach tarts and challahs.

Pura Vida has several kinds of shellfish and beautiful fresh fish. Roaming Acres has bison, pork, and ostrich meat and other ostrich products.
