D'Attolico has mache, young onions, onion scapes, greens, and sprouts. Locust Grove has sweet and sour cherries. Lani, Windfall, and others have edible flowers, and Norwich Meadows, Lani, and others have fava beans, sugar snaps, and shelling peas. Cherry Lane has greenhouse heirloom tomatoes, and Stokes and Shushan have sweet cherry tomatoes. Cayuga is here with delicious breads, beans, and grains, and Beth's Farm Kitchen has jams, chutneys, and a tasty apricot ginger salad dressing.
Flying Pig has sausages and pork cuts, Quattro's has poultry, rabbits, soups, and smoked meat and poultry as well as pheasant eggs, wild turkey eggs,and chicken eggs, and Violet Hill has chickens, chicken parts, various chicken eggs, and mushrooms. Northshire has honey, greens, and eggs.
Stokes and Keith have different garlic varieties and all sorts of greens and cut herbs. Oak Grove has pepper plants and heirloom tomato plants as well as popping corn, lettuces, edible nasturtiums, and sunflowers. Cherry Lane, Lani, and others have asparagus and other greens.
