I just checked out the Stuyvesant Town Greenmarket and I'm happy to say that it is small, but excellent! In addition to familiar stands, like Miglorelli, Beth's Jam, Bread Alone, and Samascott, there are new (to me) farmstands, meats, and fish. Seatucket Fish has a great stand, with excellent fresh fish. I tried their smoked bluefish and it was really delicious -- just the right (light) saltiness and subtle smoke. Glebocki Farms has good looking produce. Other farmers will be coming into the market soon. It is located in the middle of Stuyvesant Town, near the fountain, in a beautiful setting. Well worth checking out.
