Peak was two weeks ago. Just saying...

I just picked up several pounds of Cheerful Cherry's Polish plum tomatoes and will be making sauce for the freezer this weekend. I'm having the last of their yellow peaches also. I have some beautiful heirloom tomatoes from Norwich Meadow for salad -- grabbing the moment. They still have good looking tomatoes, but it will be downhill from now on, at least in terms of numbers. Other people with tomatoes today -- Bodhitree, Oak Grove, Sycamore. If you do plan to freeze tomatoes or sauce, now is the time!

Norwich has excellent raspberries and Berried Treasures has great Tri-Star strawberries and raspberries. Muddy River has big bunches of fresh herbs, salad greens, and broccoli.Bodhitree has their unique Japanese peppers, eggplants, long beans, edemame, salad greens, and herbs. Red Jacket has sweet yellow plums and Cheerful Cherry has dark purple Italian plums for pies.

John Fazio has fresh chickens, rabbits, and ducks. Lavender by the Bay and the Ostrich farm is here and Cayuga is here with beans, flours, and bread. Madura is here with several kinds of mushroom. Flying Pig has fresh chickens.
