Norwich has many kinds of shelling beans, including fresh flageolets, as well as tasty heirloom tomatoes, tomatillos, peppers, greens, and melons, raspberries (white, red and black), and other fresh produce.  Oak Grove has beautiful heirloom tomatoes, many delicious hot and sweet peppers, and several kinds of squashes and eggplants. Sycamore also has excellent heirloom tomatoes, fresh corn, cucumbers, field tomatoes, and peaches.

Beth's Farm Kitchen has a spicy barbecue sauce as well as various ketchups and other condiments. They also have knockout raspberry, strawberry rhubarb, and other luscious preserves.

Pura Vida has gorgeous fresh fish and seafood and Flying Pig has sausages, bacons, and pork cuts.  B&Y has mutton sausages, ground mutton, and other lamb products, including temptingly rich colors of knitting wool.

The cast of stands here today is pretty much the same as last Wednesday. The heat has gotten me, so I breezed through and didn't take pictures.

New in the market -- Eckerton and Stokes have heirloom cherry tomatoes. Everything else is a replay of last week, but with more of all produce.

Violet  Hill has foraged wild vegetables, two kinds of chantarelle, rabbits, Belle Rouge chickens, and eggs.  Quattro's has terrific looking Cornish game hens. smoked poultry, sausages, and pheasants.

Hoeffner has tasty yellow corn, rhubarb, peppers and other vegetables and plants. Sycamore has peaches, heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, basil, field tomatoes, cucumbers, and other produce.

Peaches, nectarines, watermelon at Kernan. Stokes, Cherry Lane, Eckerton, Sycamore, and others have heirloom tomatoes. Many stands have corn, including Sycamore, Van Houton, and Miglorelli.

Keith has organic peaches and Eckerton has  heirlooms, greens, gherkins, and herbs.  Two Guys has chanterelles. Mountain Sweet Berry has wild blueberries and Tri-Star strawberries as well as baby French leeks, baby arugula, sucrine lettuce, and herbs.  Berried Treasures has raspberries, strawberries, wild blueberries, shelling peas, and herbs.  Oak Grove has white and yellow peaches and heirloom tomatoes along with a wide variety of hot and sweet peppers.

Stone fruit is here, with peaches, plums, apricots, and nectarines appearing at many stands. Oak Grove has white and yellow peaches, Sycamore has their first peaches, Caradonna has peaches, apricots, cherries,plums, and many kinds of berry and cherry.

and raspberries, and Locust grove has those as well as  peaches and plums.Mountain Sweet Berry and Berried Treasures have sweet Tri-star strawberries.

Field grown heirloom tomatoes have appeared at Eckerton, Bodhitree, Oak Grove, Stokes, and Cherry Lane.  Stokes and Oak Grove  have delicious cherry tomatoes as well. Eckerton and S&SO have beautiful lettuces and other greens and Paffenroth has several unusual greens including puntarelle and garlic tops.

Berried Treasures has shelling peas, garlic scapes, watercress, small potatoes, and cut herbs.  Stokes has cherry tomatoes, field tomatoes both red and yellow, cucumbers, big bunches of cut herbs including sorrel, and other greens.  Cherry Lane has heirloom tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, okra, cucumbers, and peas.
