Lucy Says Goodbye

Dear Foodies: It turns out that I need to give up this blog. So, I’m hoping that you can find another to tell you what the news is on the Union Square Greenmarket report. I’ve loved doing this for you, but the time has come to say goodbye. To my farmer friends, this has been so much fun and you have been so great, and I’ve loved you. To my readers, well, you’re on your own! But thank you all for reading.
Love,
Lucy

Just dropping in to remind people that the Wednesday Greenmarket will include some of your favorite Saturday farmers!

I saw fresh cranberries and other seasonal goodies there last week and recommend that you check with your farmer today about Wednesday.

Sorry I still can't make it to the Greenmarket, but am hoping to be back soon.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!  (And remember that there will not be a market in Union Square next Friday. Tuesday, November 22nd MARKET IS OPEN featuring Friday producers)

I want to thank the Union Square Greenmarket farmers for their generosity and good will.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone soon and getting back in gear.  I've missed you all very much.

A note to my readers!

I'm taking a bit of a break, but should be back in October. Meanwhile, you should look forward to Buzzard Krest grapes and grape juices, peak tomatoes and stone fruit, and other delicious fruits and vegetables.

Hoping to see you all soon!
