You would think there could be nothing new to report during the winter, but there is actually Monkshood, with salad and other greens. Shushan is also here with tasty hydroponic cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, herbs, and greens, and Two Guys has herbs, sprouts, greens, and salad. Many of our stands are gone, but there are plenty here on Saturdays, including Quattro's (game, poultry, eggs), Violet Hill (Belle Rouge chickens and parts, eggs), Flying Pig (pork, chickens, sausages), Grazing (beef and other meats), Roaming Acres (ostrich meat), Oak Grove (Beef and pork), and others, for protein.
Paffenroth and Miglorelli have root vegetables, Cato , Patches of Sky, and others have cheeses, and Ronnybrook and Milk Thistle have dairy products. Beth's Farm Kitchen has jams, chutneys, and pickled vegetables and Tremblay has honeys. Deep Mountain has maple products and Cayuga is here with grains, beans, breads, and other unique items. Northshire has eggs and vegetables and Hoeffner is here with root vegetables and cabbages. D'Attolico has many kinds of sprout as well as some greens.
