Last day for peaches and nectarines at Toigo and Cheerful Cherry! Beautiful fresh shelled flageolets and others at Berried Treasures! Soup meat, lamb shoulder chops, and lovely knitting wools at B&Y.

Pumpkins at Van Houten and grapes at Cheerful Cherry signal the arrival of Autumn. There are plenty of gorgeous heirloom tomatoes at Samascott, Norwich Meadows, Berried Treasures, Bodhitree and others, as well as red currants and Tri-Stars at Berried Treasures, blackberries and raspberries at Phillips, and blueberries and strawberries at Samascott.

I'm having a delicious goat cheese called Slyboro from Consider Bardwell for breakfast. Bobolink has tasty cow's milk cheddar and other cheeses. Las Delicias and Hot Bread Kitchen have sweet and savory baked goods.  Rose Meadow and Dutchmill have beautiful flowers.

Norwich and others have good-looking melons and Bodhitree, Oak Grove, Queens County, and Norwich have hot and sweet peppers and flavoring peppers.
Bodhitree, Oak Grove, and Norwich have many kinds of squash and eggplants.
