Divine Brine has many delicious kinds of pickles. There are tasty San Marzano tomatoes at Cherry Lane and other heirloom tomatoes there and at several other stands.

Stokes cauliflower
It's still a pepper paradise at Eckerton, Stokes, S&SO, Oak Grove, and other stands.  Stokes has gorgeous hydroponic lettuces and they, Sycamore, Oak Grove, and many other stands have gorgeous pumpkins and winter squashes.

Van Houten has decorative gourds, as does S&SO, and many stands have brussels sprouts and various colors of cauliflower.  Locust Grove has grapes, quinces, and several varieties of apple and pear. Caradonna and others also have interesting apple varieties.

The recessional begins, with heirloom tomatoes and others being one of the first to end their season. Peppers are hanging on at many stands and grapes will still be here next week at Buzzard Crest.

Mountain Sweet Berry
Blueberries will be finished.  Sycamore still had corn today!  It was a bit crowded in the Greenmarket with tourists, marchers about something, and late waking shoppers, so some stands were two deep and hard to get through to.  It's a beautiful day and there are a lot of delicious vegetables and proteins all around the market.  Paradise for squash and pumpkin fans and lovers of Brussels sprouts!

Berried Treasures has rosehips! Stark has a delicious new juice -- "Go Greens". Hydroponic tomatoes are back. Good looking quinces are available at Locust Grove!Winter squashes are here.

Bulich mushrooms
I bought a lot of heirloom tomatoes today -- some for salad and some to make sauce for the freezer -- at Eckerton, Cherry Lane, Berried Treasures, Bodhitree, and Oak Grove. The season is ending soon, but there are still some beauties available. I got to the market too early to see Stokes Farm's stand, but I wouldn't be surprised to find them there, and at other stands as well.
