Heirloom tomato heaven! Stokes, Eckerton, Sycamore, Keith, Oak Grove, Cherry Lane and others have many varieties and the season is definitely IN!

Peaches at Oak Grove, Kernan, Sycamore, Terhune, Caradonna, and Locust Grove. Berries at Fantasy Fruit, Locust Grove, Mountain Sweet Berry, Phillips, and Berried Treasures. Corn at many stands, including Sycamore,Paffenroth,  Miglorelli, and others. Cut herbs at Eckerton, S&SO, Stokes, Paffenroth, and others.  Great potatoes at Cherry Lane and Paffenroth. A wide variety of sweet and hot peppers at Oak Grove.

Beautiful lettuces at Stokes, interesting greens at Rogowski, Windfall, Mountain Sweet Berry, and Bodhitree.  Tasty melons at Bodhitree, Hoeffner, and Oak Grove. Haricots verts and other delicious beans at Berried Treasures, long beans and others at Bodhitree.  Eggplants at Cherry Lane, Bodhitree, and many other stands.

Husk tomatoes at Lani and Norwich. Cavaillon and other melons at Norwich. Heirloom tomatoes at Norwich, Lani, Maxwell, and others.

Squashes and peaches are everywhere!  Red Jacket also has apricots and plums as well as sour and sweet cherries. Trucillito has sweet cherries and peaches and Phillips has many kinds of berries, cut herbs, peaches, donut peaches, and other fruit. Race has peaches and nectarines as well as other produce.  Eggplant lovers will find beautiful varieties at Norwich, Maxwell, and other stands.

Dutchmill has lovely licianthus, sunflowers, gladiolas, sweet peas, and other beautiful flowers.  River Garden has mixed bouquets of country flowers.

Las Delicias is here with tasty baked goods and Buon Panna has breads and other baked items.  Consider Bardwell has delicious cheeses and veal and Madura is here with various mushrooms and other produce.

First of Stokes Farm heirloom tomatoes. Gooseberries and currants at Locust, Fantasy Fruit, Phillips, Caradonna. Peppers are in at Oak Grove, along with heirloom tomatoes and pepper plants. Eckerton has fresh gherkins, heirloom tomatoes. D'Attolico has their sweet carrots.

The market is full of peaches (Sycamore, Caradonna, Oak Grove, and others), blueberries (Hodgson, Phillips), and melons (Norwich Meadows and others), and Mountain Sweet Berry and Fantasy fruit have strawberries.

Quattro's and Violet Hill have poussins and other poultry, and Quattro's has smoked poultry and other unique items. Violet Hill also has mushrooms and lemon curd.  Bulich has a variety of mushrooms as well, and there are many stands with interesting greens (Windfall, Gorzynsky) and other beautiful produce (S&SO, Cherry Lane, Sycamore, Paffenroth).

Last of Samascott's cherries today! Cheerful Cherry and Sycamore have heirloom tomatoes and peaches! Toigo has peaches, apricots, and other stone fruit!

Toigo also preserves fruit. They have good-looking jarred fruit as well as fresh fruit and other items.  Berried Treasures has a couple of varieties of wild blueberries as well as Tri-Star strawberries, fava and other delicious beans, and new potatoes.  Norwich Meadows has tasty melons, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, raspberries, and other great produce.  Bodhitree also has beautiful heirloom tomatoes, squashes, greens, and interesting peppers.  Oak Grove has many kinds of hot and sweet peppers, as well as various pepper plants and herbs.

Mischick, Sycamore, and others have corn and Samascott has vegetables in addition to fruit, including the last of their sweet red and yellow cherries.

White currants at Locust! Fresh gherkins at Eckerton, along with several hot pepper varieties! Lemon, lime and other basils at Stokes and Paffenroth!

Hodgson's blueberries, Oak Grove and Sycamore's peaches, Locust, Terhune, and Caradonna's cherries, Berried Treasures' wild blueberries and Tri-Stars, Mountain Sweet Berry's Tri-Stars, Fantasy Fruit's gooseberries, strawberries, and blueberries, all here today, along with Phillips and Kernan's berries.

Plenty of heirloom tomatoes, including Sycamore, Eckerton, Bodhitree, and the first of Oak Grove's excellent varieties. Great cherry tomatoes at Stokes and Eckerton. Beautiful eggplants at Bodhitree and Cherry Lane. Beautiful edible flowers at Windfall, along with unusual spicy greens and salad greens in various sizes and zucchini blossoms.

Hoeffner has tomatillos! Cherry Lane, Bodhitree, and Eckerton have beautiful heirloom tomatoes! Oak Grove and Sycamore have good looking peaches.

Mountain Sweet Berry has Tri-Star strawberries, baby wild arugula, baby French leeks, and other tasty produce.  Eckerton has beautiful bush basil, potatoes, heirloom cherry tomatoes, raspberries, and young carrots.  Bodhitree has a wide variety of eggplants, peppers, salad greens, and herbs. Keith has cut herbs, tomatoes, beautiful lettuces, rocambole garlic.  Miglorelli has good looking peaches, blueberries, root vegetables, greens, and juices. Rogowski has leeks, blueberries, nettles, and other interesting produce. Kernan has nectarines, melons, beans, blueberries, eggplants, tomatoes, and other vegetables.

Locust Grove, Terhune, and Caradonna have cherries, peaches, currants, gooseberries, plums, and other delicious fruit.

New type of okra at Norwich Meadows! Sweet cherries at Red Jacket! Fresh fish! Black-Eyed Susans!

It's pretty hot already, but most of our Monday stands are here. Norwich has MELONS!! Lani has purslane, okra, squashes, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh chickpeas.  Red Jacket has sweet and sour cherries, apricots, and other fruit. Race has corn, other produce, and pastries.  Phillips has all kinds of berries, shelled English peas, peaches, and other vegetables.Roaming Acres has Berkshire bacon, ostrich meat, and other protein.  Las Delicias has tasty pastries both savory and sweet and Hudson Valley Duck Farm is here with rillets, ducks, and duck products.

Seatuck has hard and soft shelled crabs! Lani has fresh chickpeas and fairytale eggplant.

Unfortunately, my camera's battery ran out, so I'm relying on my phone to remind me of what I saw this morning!

Fantasy Fruit has gooseberries, blueberries, and Tri-Star strawberries.  Mountain Sweet Berry also has Tri-stars as well as various unique greens. Terhune, Caradonna, and Sycamore have peaches and Locust Grove has peaches, berries, and cherries.

Cherry Lane and Eckerton have heirloom tomatoes and Stokes has heirloom cherry tomatoes.  Sycamore, Eckerton, and Cherry Lane have corn. Oak Grove has many kinds of pepper plant and Norwich Meadows has yellow and black raspberries.   D'Attolico has their delicious sweet carrots and other great produce and sprouts.

Corn is here at Sycamore, Cherry Lane, Eckerton, and other stands. Peaches at Kernan, Terhune, and Locust Grove.

Outdoor heirloom tomatoes at Cherry Lane, Eckerton. Sycamore and Stokes have good looking tomatoes as well, and Stokes and Eckerton have beautiful cherry tomatoes.  Next Wednesday is the last of the season for Shushan's hydroponic tomatoes.  Oak Grove has several kinds of hot and sweet pepper plants in pots as well as herb plants, popcorn, beef, and pork, and beautiful sunflowers.  Rose Meadow was not here when I checked out the market.

Bodhitree has a wide range of beans, tomatoes, greens, eggplants, and other tasty produce.  Paffenroth also has great produce, including many colors of baby carrot, young celery, and a wide variety of interesting greens.

Phillips, Hodgson, Mountain Sweet Berry, Madura, and Terhune have various berries, and Locust Grove and Caradonna have gooseberries and currants as well.  Red Jacket has the first of their apricots.

River Garden and Dutchmill have beautiful flowers today. Andrew's honey is here as well, and Beth's Farm Kitchen has great sauces for burgers as well as mustards, chutneys, and delicious jams.

Eckerton has baby artichokes! Fantasy Fruit has gooseberries!! Locust Grove has currants!

Caradonna, Cheerful Cherry, and others have sweet and sour cherries.  Locust Grove also has local strawberries and Mountain Sweet Berry has Tri-Star strawberries. Hodgson is here with blueberries and Phillips has raspberries and blueberries.

Sycamore has CORN as well as tomatoes, fava beans, and other produce.  Norwich has many kinds of bean, pepper, eggplant, and green. Lani has all kinds of beans, peppers, unique greens, and fresh garlic. D'Attolico has their delicious sweet carrots, onion flowers, sprouts, and greens.

Paffenroth has all kinds of interesting carrots, radishes, beets, potatoes, and greens, and S&SO has heirloom tomatoes, lettuces, and other produce.  Miglorelli has beets, radishes, greens, and cherries.

Stokes has many kinds of cut herbs, including bush basil, Thai basil, and other basils, fresh garlic, tomatoes, squashes, and greens.  Oak Grove has gorgeous sunflowers, great popcorn, many kinds of potted herbs, and several potted peppers. (They also have pork and beef.)

Hoeffner has vegetables and flowering plants. (He reminded me today that he, S&SO, and Hodgson were among the farms here on the very first day of the Greenmarket ever, at the now just a memory 59th Street location!!)

Toigo! New fruit farm in the Friday market with peaches, apricots, cherries, honey, barbecue sauce!

Cheerful Cherry, Toigo, and Samascott all have beautiful cherries.  Norwich has black, yellow, and red raspberries.  Samascott, Lucky Dog, Miglorelli, and Berried Treasures have strawberries. Toigo has sweet peaches and apricots.

Norwich and Bodhitree have many kinds of eggplant, pepper, and beans, including fava beans, and Bodhitree has heirloom and other tomatoes. Mischick has beefsteak tomatoes.  Cheerful Cherry has cherry tomatoes.
Miglorelli has various carrots, including a sweet round baby variety. Madura has several kinds of mushroom.

Hot Bread Kitchen has many kinds of breads and Las Delicias has delicious pastries.  Beth's Farm Kitchen is here with tasty jams, chutneys, hot sauces, and ketchups.  Dancing Ewe has cheeses and sausages (ask to see them -- the heat is keeping them in the coolers).
Roaming Acres has Berkshire pork, ostrich meat, and beef.  Dutchmill has lovely flowers.
